Let’s put the cards back in order.

An album, a game, a question. Tell us what’s happening: we’ll find the next move together.

Getting the form ready…

The answer might be here already.

The questions we hear most, before you get back to playing.

Photos and Recent Faces

Zikabu requests Photos access only when you open Recent Faces. You can change permission in Settings › Privacy & Security › Photos › Zikabu.

A face is missing

Try a recent, sharp photo with a visible face. Selection shows recent shots first and lets you review every crop.

Creating in the background

Processing continues when iOS allows it. You can play with ready albums while you wait. To cancel, delete the album being processed.

Voice controls

Microphone and speech recognition are requested only when you enable voice. Onscreen questions and controls are always available.

Duo nearby or online

Nearby Duo uses the local network. Online Duo requires Game Center. The host shares the chosen deck with the invited player for that game.

Zikabu Complete

Open Profile › Restore Purchases to recover the unlock with the same Apple account. Apple manages charges and Family Sharing.

Reports and people in photos

You can report images used without permission even without installing Zikabu. Choose “Report” in the form or email info@zikabu.app with “[Zikabu] Report” in the subject, a description and available identifiers. Do not attach photos of minors or illegal content. In the app, you can block a player from the game’s safety menu and find the notice, terms and blocks in your profile.

Queria reviews reports received. Removal from a game copy does not delete the host’s original or external screenshots: also contact the person who owns the album.
