Zikabu is provided by Queria Srl, Via G. Ripamonti 142, Milan, info@zikabu.app. Apple’s standard license applies to download; these terms govern album creation and private play. Purchases and refunds follow Apple’s terms and applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights remain intact.
Ready-made decks work without Photos access. To create cards, you must be entitled to use the images. Before sharing, an adult must check the photographer’s rights, identifiable people’s rights, necessary permissions for minors and the recipient. A photo on your phone, a family relationship or stylization does not imply permission. Without necessary permissions, use fictional characters unrelated to real people or play on one device within lawful limits.
Duo is for invited players authorized by the host. Recipients may use the deck only in the private match, without redistributing images, making other copies or reusing them. The in-app copy is temporary; the app cannot recall screenshots or external copies. Your declaration covers that deck and recipient: it is not verified subjects’ consent or an automatic transfer of all responsibility to you.
Unauthorized images, exploitation of minors, nudity, graphic violence, humiliation, discrimination and unlawful uses are prohibited. AI suggestions can be inaccurate: correct them and do not use them for significant decisions about people. Stop sharing and remove images when necessary permissions no longer apply.
Block players, end matches, delete cards and decks, and report abuse from the profile or by contacting Queria, even without the app. Do not include minors’ images or illegal content in reports; provide a description and necessary identifiers. Queria reviews received reports and may request proportionate information or act within available technical limits. It cannot access private libraries or guarantee recipients will not make external copies. Nothing limits depicted people’s rights or excludes Queria’s mandatory liability. Notices and terms may be updated; a new terms version requires renewed acceptance.
CONTENT AND LIMITED AUTHORIZATION
Image rights remain with their respective owners. You do not grant Queria a licence to advertise with, train AI on or publish your portraits. You authorize only operations needed for the functions you request and sending the deck to the approved recipient for that match. This authorization does not replace photographers’ or depicted people’s rights. Photos of relatives, friends or classmates require the same checks. Do not use the game to infer health, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, religious or political beliefs, or to make important decisions about people.
MINORS AND CHANGED PERMISSIONS
Sharing must be authorized by an adult. For images of minors, check who holds parental responsibility and the scope of permissions; in Italy, where parental responsibility is shared, check both parents’ consent unless a valid legal basis assigns authority to one alone. Do not disregard a minor’s objection or an authority’s decision. Permission to play or take a photograph is not permission to share it. If rights are absent or withdrawn, stop sending, end the match, remove copies you control and ask the recipient to do the same. A new recipient or changed deck requires a new confirmation.
PURCHASES, COMPATIBILITY AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
Zikabu Full, when available, is a one-time non-consumable purchase without automatic renewal. The price and functions are shown before purchase; Apple handles payment. Use Restore purchases with the relevant Apple account. AI models, connectivity, Game Center and service availability may require compatible devices, versions or settings. These limitations do not remove statutory guarantees, remedies for defects, refunds or applicable withdrawal rights. There is no blanket waiver of refunds: losing a withdrawal right for digital content requires the conditions set by law and Apple’s flow. RESPONSIBILITY AND DISPUTES
You are responsible for unlawful uses attributable to you under the law, not for every event regardless of fault. Queria remains responsible for its own obligations and acts: no exclusion covers wilful misconduct, gross negligence, mandatory data protection obligations or consumer rights. We impose no unlimited indemnity or advance waiver of depicted people’s rights. Safety also depends on the recipient’s choices: no technology can guarantee recalling external screenshots. Italian law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of habitual residence. Jurisdiction and remedies remain those provided by law; no exclusive court in Milan is imposed. Material changes are presented in the app and require fresh acceptance; they do not automatically turn a one-time purchase into a subscription. You may stop using the app and delete local data. The privacy notice describes processing and is not a waiver of rights.
